Returns, Delivery & Privacy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.  Exchange or refund items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in an unused, pristine condition. Postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded in this case. If a product is found to be faulty or broken on arrival it will be fully refunded on return.  In this case return postage will be reimbursed. Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us – if your item is faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us within 3 days of delivery to report the fault and rectify the problem. In this instance we can offer an exchange or a full refund on return of the item.

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We aim to have all orders made and shipped within 7-10 days of payment.  All products are handmade to order so this may take longer during busy periods but we would always contact you to let you know and appreciate your patience and understanding. We use Royal Mail to deliver our orders. Shipping is a flat rate of £3.99.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
Billing Address
Shipping Address

Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
